Linda Hammer, CFO

Linda has been an integral part of the Hammer operation from the beginning. Her experience, work ethic, drive and determination have played a large part in the growth and success of the Hammer business. She has served in many capacities including Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, Controller, Compliance Officer, Safety Officer and Administrative Manager.

Her current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer include financial management, oversight of payroll and accounting, monthly and quarterly tax reporting, human resources and compliance with federal, state, municipal and industry regulations.

Linda’s skill set includes; account management, marketing, customer service, public relations, purchasing, site selection, major equipment installation and marketing research. She received licensing in 2009 as a general contractor by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors.

She is on the Executive Council of the NFIB for the State of Alabama, and served as both a Board of Director Member and President of MacArthur State Technical College Foundation. She is a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Society, listed in the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, named to Outstanding Young Women of America, and is co-founder and board member of the Enterprise Preparatory Academy.

Linda is also a member of the First Methodist Church in Samson Alabama where she served as a Sunday school teacher for seventeen years.
